The all-inclusive cost — covering structure, turf, nets, fencing, and installation — is typically ₹150 to ₹300 per sq ft depending on materials and dimensions. A standard 2,500 sq ft box cricket setup generally falls between ₹4–8 lakhs. We provide a full, transparent BOQ (Bill of Quantities) so you know exactly where every rupee goes.
Cost & Pricing
A football box all-inclusive cost — including base, drainage, fencing, lighting, turf and installation — ranges from ₹200 to ₹400 per sq ft. Turf alone costs ₹60–120 per sq ft. A 5-a-side football box of 10,000 sq ft would typically cost ₹20–40 lakhs depending on specifications. We provide a customized quote after site visit.

A standard box cricket setup requires a minimum of 60 × 30 feet (1,800 sq ft). Larger formats of 80 × 40 feet give a better playing experience. We can also design compact setups for rooftops, terraces, and tight apartment spaces — just share your dimensions and we'll find the best layout.

A 5-a-side football box requires around 10,000 sq ft and a 7-a-side needs approximately 20,000 sq ft. Smaller compact formats can also be built for commercial venues. We assess your space during the site visit and design accordingly.

Most box cricket arenas and football boxes are completed within 15–21 working days from start of work. Pickleball courts and cricket nets typically take 7–14 days. Larger or complex projects may take up to 30 days. We share a day-wise timeline upfront and give daily progress updates throughout.

We use UV-resistant polyethylene artificial turf with pile heights of 35–40mm for cricket and football. All our turf is tested for consistent bounce, grip, and player safety. We never use recycled or low-grade turf on any project.

Our turfs are versatile. Depending on the facility type, you can play cricket, football, volleyball, throwball, and touch rugby on a single surface. Multi-sport marking can be added at the time of installation to maximize the use of your space.
Maintenance
Maintenance is recommended every 6 months or after 500 hours of play. A standard maintenance session — which includes brushing, infill top-up with rubber granules, and surface inspection — costs approximately ₹5,000 to ₹15,000 depending on the facility size. We provide a complete care guide at handover so your team can do basic upkeep daily.
